We only collect information for purposes of determining whether or not to issue a grant based on solicitations received.

Grantee will indemnify T Backer for any lawsuits or expenses due to Grantees operation of the project

T Backer has right to publicize the existence of any grants and grantees and details concerning the grant.

T Backer reserves the right to change the rules and requirements at any time of the grant program.

Grantees agree to provide details of any projects developed under these grants and allow T Backer Fund rights to publicize and and allow others to copy and use the projects.
